Estate Transfer

You have worked hard all your life to accumulate what you have today. It's wise to take advantage of what the estate tax laws provide to help maximize what stays in your family.

It all starts with a review of your will, how your assets are owned (jointly, individually, TOD, etc.), and your beneficiary designations. If there are other tools that could help you minimize the costs associated with passing your estate to the next generation (life insurance trusts, bypass trusts, charitable trusts, etc.), we will bring them to your attention and work closely with you and your attorney to get things into place.

While you can't take it with you . . . it's better than leaving it to the government.
